After all the national TV awards had been handed out, some celebrities let their hair down and settled into a boozy party atmosphere.
This year’s National TV Awards ceremony may be over, but some celebrities may still be feeling the aftereffects this morning.
After some of the industry’s best were presented with awards on Wednesday night, including another win for Ant and Dec, a number of familiar faces decided to keep the celebrations going.
Among those leaving the O2 Arena in Greenwich, London in high spirits was newlywed Vicky Patition. Though she wasn’t gunning for an award herself, the former Geordie Shore star was clearly in a celebratory mood, sharing a hearty laugh with party-goers before hopping into a taxi.
She was seen belting out Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive” during a taxi ride, then looked bleary-eyed as she embraced husband Erkan Ramadan.
Despite the bullying scandal surrounding Strictly Come Dancing, the show won numerous awards that night and some of the contestants were happy to let off some steam.
Professional dancer Vito Coppola and judge Oti Mabuse joked around as they left the after-party. Vito looked chic in an all-black outfit, while Oti looked stunning in a tight black dress with a big white bow.
Ashley James also ended the night appearing to have enjoyed the after-party frenzy. The presenter blew kisses to bystanders as she hopped in a taxi to rush out of the car. Jake Quickenden and Tasha Gourri were also in the car, with the former Love Island beauty giving a thumbs up while holding a bottle of water beside her.
She wore a stunning beaded mini dress, while Jake ditched his jacket to reveal only his bulging biceps in a vest.
Former Love Island member Maura Higgins kept everyone cheering as she sent peace signs to the camera after getting into the back of the taxi. She looked stunning in a floor-length floral dress.
Having just appeared on Celebs Go Dating and already secretly having a boyfriend, former Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan has let her hair down. The blonde beauty looked tired after leaving the party in the early hours of the morning.
Laura Hamilton was also pictured leaving the event. This comes after the Place in the Sun presenter recently hit back at trolls who accused her of having plastic surgery. The blonde presenter denied all the allegations and said she found it difficult to read the comments online.
Not everyone had to take a taxi though, as Tommy Mallett played the chauffeur. Georgia Koussourou accompanied the couple home together, and the reality TV stars were seen leaving the event with smiles on their faces.
Driver Tommy opted for shorts to pick up his wife, who had been in attendance at the fancy gathering.
At the main ceremony, EastEnders fans were furious at the dismissal of the long-running soap, as the show didn’t win any awards despite being nominated in several categories – Coronation Street instead took home the majority of the trophies.
