This is done to show appreciation for the contributions made by club teams and to inspire their players to continue excelling at winning team and individual titles and championships both locally and internationally.

The Sharjah Ruler ordered that the grant, which is the biggest ever given to the emirate of Sharjah and its clubs, be given out right away so that clubs can use it to help them get ready for the new sports season, support their games, and get players ready for upcoming events so they can win more titles and achievements on a local and continental scale.

The following Emirate clubs, which won titles and championships last season, were included in the grant: Ten sports teams: Sharjah, Kalba, Kalba Football Organization, Al Batayeh, Khorfakkan, Al Hamriyah, Dibba Al Hisn, Al Dhaid, Al Lady, Mleiha, notwithstanding 8 particular clubs:

The Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club, the Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club, the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club, the Sharjah Cultural and Chess Club, the Chess and Cultural Club for Sharjah Women, the Al Thiqah for the Disabled, the Khorfakkan Club for the Disabled, the Sharjah Falconers Club, and the Sharjah Women’s Sports Club are just a few of the clubs in the area.
