On March 22, 2023, the Royal Arabian Authority announced that Sheikh Mara and Sheikh Mana were engaged. Social media was abuzz with excitement as people gathered to see the fashion-conscious Sheikha become a bride. Just a few weeks later, the couple themselves confirmed the engagement in an official post, with a congratulatory message from Sheikh Mana’s father, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum.
A ROYAL KATB AL-KITAB
On May 28, 2023, Sheikha Mahras shared a photo on Instagram of her father and her then-fiancé at their KATB AL-KITAB. The contract proving the young couple’s marriage was signed with a simple “❤️” underneath.
A ROYAL WEDDING
Following Sheikh Mara and Sheikh Mana’s katb al-kitab, the couple had a lavish wedding reception in Dubai in June 2023. On her wedding day, the bride wore an exquisite white embroidered ball gown by Dubai-based designer Ezra Couture.
