During his official visit to the Republic of Singapore, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan made a stop at the Marina Barrage in Singapore.
The Marina Barrage’s facilities were presented to H.H. Sheikh Khaled, who was given an in-depth explanation of its crucial role in Singapore’s sustainable urban development and flood prevention.
He also went on a tour of the integrated recreation facilities, where environmentally friendly community attractions like parks, waterways, and water sports improve urban life.
An overview of Singapore’s efforts to optimize water use, recycle waste, and create artificial islands was also part of the visit.
H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan praised Singapore’s integrated vision for modern infrastructure development during the visit. This vision is in line with the goals of sustainable development by incorporating innovation in environmental resource management and setting new standards for infrastructure sustainability.
