Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were reportedly left in a state of near hysteria upon learning about the controversy that hit their Archewell charity, a royal commentator claims.

The couple’s non-profit faced a temporary halt in its fundraising and expenditure activities amid allegations of neglecting to file its annual report and registration fees.

However, subsequent inquiries have cleared Archewell of any wrongdoing, confirming that all necessary documentation and payments were indeed submitted on time to the Attorney General’s Office, with tracking evidence to support it.

The charity was then downgraded to a “criminal” status before being returned to its “current” status.

The incident occurred during the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s visit to Nigeria to promote the Invictus Games. Royal biographer Tom Quinn suggested the couple would have been thrown into turmoil if the news became public.

In an exclusive chat with the Mirror, Tom said: ‘According to friends of the couple, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were almost in shock when they were informed that their charity Archewell had been banned from charity work for unpaid registration fees. I was on the verge of becoming hysterical.”

“The couple insists it was just a mistake and that the check was in the mail, but they appear to be incompetent.”

“Prince Harry and Meghan “The princess is very sensitive about everything,” he added. Criticism of their philanthropy has grown, especially since at least five of his senior Archewell employees have resigned in recent years. A former employee said that while Meghan is a fun person, she is difficult to work with unless she is given complete control over everything. She said, “She doesn’t share her power!”

California Attorney General Rob Bonta’s first scathing letter said charities are allowing formal registration fees to expire starting in early May.

He said the charity was considered to be “not in good standing” at the time and was not allowed to carry out any activities that required it to be registered.

Sources close to Archewell previously spoke to the Mirror about the Archewell drama and insisted the fees were never late.

A source claimed: “For some reason, that amount was not redeemed. As soon as the foundation learned of the problem, it immediately issued another check.” Prince Harry and Meghan’s team hope that this matter can be resolved quickly within the next week.”

A spokesperson for the Asian Women’s Fund told the Mirror: “We are looking into the situation carefully and “We can confirm that the Well Foundation continues to support all organizations that comply with regulations and rules.” It has a good reputation. Payment was due promptly in accordance with her IRS processes and procedures. Furthermore, the Foundation submitted all required documents accurately and without misconduct. ”

The California Attorney General’s Press Office assured the LA Times: “After consulting with the registry of charities and fundraisers, this organization remains in existence and

Governor Gavin Newsom supported Archewell at a press conference, saying, “I just want people to know that not only are we in compliance, but this is a technical issue with paperwork that’s completely overblown.” ” he said. “
