1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has wowed fans with her tremendous weight loss after shedding 440 pounds.
The TV star, 37, famously lost weight after undergoing bariatric surgery, a procedure used to manage obesity long-term.
Tammy’s image has now been totally transformed, with her far slimmer physique highlighted as she posed for a snap wearing a swimsuit.
Showing off her shrinking frame, she appeared on social media following a swim with her psychic medium pal, Haley Michelle.
Hayley wore a black and white dress while Tammy sat poolside in a blue mermaid suit.
She and her friend dangled their feet in the water and smiled at each other.
Hailey wrote in the caption, “I’m proud of you 💙”
Taking to the comments, fans were blown away by Tammy’s image overhaul.

Tammy’s weight loss journey was chronicled on her TLC program last year.
She had previously been told by her doctor that she would need to lose 200 pounds in order to undergo weight loss surgery.
Tammy’s weight was once she was over 725 pounds.
The star decided she was going to get healthier, and she has since been spotted out and about without any assistance, such as supplemental oxygen or a walker.
Tammy later told People how grateful she was to be alive after she was placed in a medically induced coma.
In the summer of 2023, she assured the media that she was “feeling great” and “grateful to be alive” after previously requiring a ventilator to stabilize her condition.
She added that her near-death experience in early 2022 forced her to “become smarter.” The goal is to lose weight so that surgery can be performed.
“I was able to get my lungs strong enough to have my trachea (tracheostomy tube for breathing) removed,” the TLC personality said.
“And recently my doctor has allowed me to take off my oxygen machine during the day.”
I now use my oxygen machine along with my BiPap (bilevel positive airway pressure) machine. She added that she only wears it at night.
“I monitor my oxygen levels throughout the day and keep the device ready in case I need it.”
Tammy underwent weight loss surgery during the fourth season of “100 Pound Sisters” and lost weight. I got down to 535 pounds. at this point.
She has always had the full support of her fans. Eric Smith spoke passionately of his pride in giving his girlfriend a new lease on life.
In her personal life, Tammy met her late husband Caleb Willingham, who was visiting her at a dietary rehabilitation center while recovering from her surgery.
After a whirlwind romance, the pair got engaged in October 2022 and married a month later in an intimate ceremony.
Unfortunately, he passed away last year at the age of 40.
