The new platform with the UAE’s largest economic database was launched on Monday, September 30.

Launched by the country’s Ministry of Economy, the National Economic Register (Growth) platform provides a unified window with real-time updated information on all business licenses for companies.

The platform also provides investors and companies with the opportunity to search for any economic activity in different sectors in the UAE and access commercial and investment opportunities.

Minister of Economy Abdullah bin Tuk Al Marri said the registry will support the country’s efforts to reduce government bureaucracy. It will also provide highly efficient and excellent government services, making it the best model in the world for government service delivery.

“This is the first digital project in the country, providing the largest and most reliable integrated database of information on business licenses of all companies and businesses present in the seven emirates,” Al Marri explained.

The platform provides data on all business licenses in the country for more than 4,000 economic activities across the seven emirates.

Through the Growth platform, people can check the authenticity of information related to company names and brands in the country. They can create research and analysis on market trends that support the growth of companies and businesses. They can also access accurate and reliable statistics and reports to make the right economic decisions and develop industry-specific economic policies.

The National Economic Register also enables government entities to digitally manage economic activities based on the latest AI technologies.

“The ‘Growth’ platform aims to improve the competitiveness of the country’s commercial law environment and provide the UAE’s private sector with a true beneficiary data system,” Al Marri added.
