Expect fair to partly cloudy conditions today with chances of fog and mist formation in some UAE areas
The UAE had experienced unprecedented rainfall on Tuesday, leading to significant damage across the country. While efforts to recover from the aftermath are underway, another round of showers are forecasted to return exactly a week later.
The UAE’s National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has released its weather forecast for April 23, showing partly cloudy and partly cloudy conditions.
According to the NCM, light to moderate rainfall is possible, with increased rainfall possible in certain areas. Temperatures may also drop in coastal areas.
In its five-day forecast bulletin, the NCM said there will be light to moderate northeast to southeast winds on Tuesday, then turning northwesterly, possibly reaching speeds of 15 to 25 km/h, with gusts. Expect. Maximum speed is 40km/h.
NCM announced that today will be humid, with the possibility of fog and haze, especially along the coast and inland. However, as the day progresses, skies will lighten and turn cloudy, especially in the east.
Winds will be light to moderate, coming from the northeast to southeast, at speeds of 10 to 20 km/h, sometimes reaching 30 km/h.
