The weather in UAE on Sunday, June 9, is expected to be fair to partly cloudy at times, according to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM).

The weather department noted that it may rain in the eastern and some internal areas by afternoon, brought about by the formation of convective clouds associated with rainfall.
In Abu Dhabi and Dubai, temperatures will reach 45°C and 42°C respectively.
According to the weather forecast, inland temperatures may reach up to 47°C. In Gashora and Mezeira, temperatures will rise up to 47°C and humidity will reach up to 60% in both regions.
There will be light to moderate winds, sometimes fresh to strong, lifting dust and sand.
Sea conditions will be calm in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Summer Rains
Al Watan Road leading to Hatta was hit by heavy thunderstorms and hail at around 5pm on Saturday, June 8, the UAE National Center of Meteorology (NCM) said. In a video shared by the storm center, storm chaser Fahad Mohammad Abdul Rehman can be seen happily braving the strong winds as rain and hail fall all around him.
Heavy rains were also observed in parts of Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah, leading the Meteorological Agency to issue a yellow rainfall warning for Saturday, June 8.
The NCM also recorded small hail in Wadi Mai, Fujairah on Friday, June 7. Warnings have also been issued for areas experiencing heavy rains in the east of the country, citing the risk of flash floods.
