Oasis fans are furious after the band announced the pricing for their upcoming tour.
Liam and Noel Gallagher surprised fans this week by announcing that their long-running feud is finally over. The famous brothers are reunited and ready to perform on stage together for the first time since 2009. They will kick off their comeback with 17 concerts across the UK and Ireland next year.
The Oasis Live 25 tour will start in Cardiff and finish in Dublin. Today, the band announced three more dates: Heaton Park on July 16, Wembley on July 30, and Edinburgh on August 12. Ticket prices have finally been finalized, but fans aren’t necessarily happy with the dizzying prices.
One fan wrote: “If that’s what an Oasis ticket costs, bootleggers will be making a killing,” while another wrote: “So disappointed at the price, I remember Liam always saying Blur tickets were $1000,” “What on earth is this?” another fumed. A third added: “Who in their right mind would pay Oasis ticket prices?”, while another raged: “I just saw Oasis ticket prices and I want to puke!” and “I just saw the suggested ticket prices for Oasis, it’s totally scandalous.” Another X user angrily commented, “Oasis ticket prices are shameful. People on low incomes, students, kids etc. can less and less afford to go see live concerts by famous people.”
Heaton Park
It’s no surprise that the Manchester natives will play some shows in their hometown as part of their long-awaited reunion tour. But those who want to see Oasis at their homecoming show at Heaton Park in Manchester will have to shell out a lot of money.

Fans were concerned that the pre-sale would not take place, as it was only confirmed on Tuesday evening. However, many are having issues with the confirmation email not reaching their inbox.
Oasis had to issue an urgent message yesterday saying: “Please rest assured that we are processing an unprecedented volume of submissions. Anyone who completes the voting form by today, Wednesday 28 August, at 7pm BST will receive an email confirming their participation in the vote. “
Oasis have reminded fans that they are only open for 24 hours. The event ended at 7pm on Wednesday. In addition to providing their contact details, fans also had to answer questions correctly: “Who was the drummer in the original line-up of Oasis?” Multiple choice options were given for the question: Chris Sharlock, Tony McCarroll, and Alan White. The correct answer was Tony McCarroll, who was in the band until he left in 1995.
The winner of the vote will get early access to tickets to Oasis shows at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, Manchester’s Heaton Park, London’s Wembley Stadium, Edinburgh’s Murrayfield, or Dublin’s Croke Park. General ticket sales will begin on Saturday at 9am for the UK shows and 8am for the Irish shows.
Oasis have announced a reunion tour of the UK in 2025. Fourteen dates have been announced so far, marking Liam and Noel Gallagher’s return to the stage together for the first time in 16 years.
Tickets go on sale at 9am on Saturday 31 August 2024 and are available to purchase through Ticketmaster. They can also be purchased through See Tickets.
Fans can purchase up to four tickets per household. Ticketmaster said: “There is a ticket limit of four tickets per person per credit card for this event. Please adhere to published ticket limits.
If ticket limits are exceeded, Ticketmaster, in its sole discretion, may cancel any or all orders and tickets without notice. This also applies to orders using the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or other information.”
